New Secret Writing Blend, a recent oil painting now hanging in Entheon, represents the 100 letter alphabet discovered at Burning Man "in the mud," 2024. The letters lie in a "mud pool" of thick and sticky, rich and brilliant color, blended into a rainbow sequence. The color of each sacred symbol is complementary to the background-color surrounding it, that is, the color opposite on the color wheel. 

Secret Writing in my art represents the Language of Creative Expression. All language and objects in the material world are a symbolic message in our mind. Each symbol, intrinsically meaningless, is filled with meaning by the viewer's independent mind. Secret Writing is a group of symbols I personally created, each designated as empty and meaningless, offered to the viewer by their creator, the artist, me. This insight and others regarding chaos, order, spectral rain, planned randomness and more, represent my understanding of the Almighty Creator, sometimes called "G-O-D."  The Creator provided me with this insight (on LSD) who gave us minds that read and translate symbols, thereby communicating and receiving our understanding, to the best of our abilities, by "reading" the creative language of others. These intentionally ineffable symbols can be received as a blessing from the artist to the viewer who is authorized to make them mean whatever they choose. - Allyson Grey
